Ashland Bids
bids@ashlandbids.com

We write government bids for Chicago contractors.

If you run a janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, or security company and want public work — City, County, State, Metra, the Park District — the bidding paperwork is its own job. That's the job we do.

You send us the solicitation. Within 48 hours you get back a complete response — every form, every requirement answered, formatted the way the agency asks — ready for your review and signature. Flat fee, quoted before we start.

Send the spec number or attach the documents. We'll tell you the fee and the delivery date the same day.

Why bids get thrown out

Public agencies reject bids every week for paperwork reasons: a missing form, an unacknowledged addendum, references in the wrong format, a requirement nobody answered. When that happens the pricing never gets read. The agencies publish the results, so you can see for yourself how often good contractors lose this way.

Most owners are better at the work than the paperwork. That's normal. It's also fixable for a lot less than hiring an office person.

How it works

  1. Send the solicitation. Email it the day you get it. We read the whole thing and tell you straight whether it's worth bidding — that part costs nothing.
  2. Get the response in 48 hours. A complete package built from your company's actual record: forms filled, requirements answered, formatted to the agency's instructions.
  3. You review, sign, and submit. It's your bid and your name. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

One thing we don't do

Everything we write comes from your company's real record — your jobs, your people, your numbers. We don't invent past performance or pad qualifications. False statements in a government bid can get a contractor debarred. Accuracy is what keeps you eligible, and us in business.
